We had a little bit of a popcorn party this weekend.
Some in the family like it salty, some like it sweet.
One we all agreed on was our
Pumpkin Pie Popcorn
Fill 5 cups popped popcorn into a brown paper bag...
drizzle in 2 Tablespoons melted butter...
add 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice...
1 teaspoon sugar + a pinch of salt.
Then close the bag and shake...
It tastes like a mixture of Pumpkin Pie and Kettle Corn-
even the pie bird dove right in.
I love popcorn in the Fall.
It always reminds me of a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving.
Just in case you forgot...
I think Toast is next on my list!
