With 13 Emmy Nominations, 

the Handmaids' finally have reason to celebrate!

I will be toasting Offred and all the other girls in red with 

The Handmaid's CockTAIL...

An icy cold combination of my favorite Pomegranate Cocktail Mix and vodka,

topped with the Handmaids' signature "Wings" or bonnets...

To make the wings, 

take a white cupcake liner...

fold it in half...

hot glue on a straw or stick, 

then trim it down to about 1 inch...

attach a rubber band to your glass...

slip the bonnet on,

 and your Handmaid is dressed!

"Praise Be"!

Just tape battery pack to the back of the bottle then string lights around.)

There is nothing like cozying up to the bar on a cold winter's day.

why not shake it up by tying on a mini cocktail shaker?

Seasons Granitas!

'Tis the Season and there is nothing more festive than granitas.

They can be a dessert, they can be a cocktail and they are guaranteed fun.

With the help of my friends from Powell and Mahoney Craft Cocktail Mixes, 

they will be the easiest part of your holiday celebrations.

The Pomegranate and Rosemary Granita couldn't be more cheerful...

Peach Bellini and Thyme is a gorgeous indulgence...

and the Margarita Cranberry is a frosty fiesta...

Seasons Granitas

Makes 2 to 3 servings

These can be made with or without alcohol.  

If you'd like the adult version, stir in 1/4 cup of vodka or gin to recipe below

1 1/2 cups Powell and Mahoney Pomegranate, Peach Bellini or Margarita mix

Spring of rosemary, thyme or cranberries to garnish

Pour mix into a medium baking dish and place in the freezer.  Each hour, for about 3 hours,  use a fork and gently "rake" the top of the mixture as it freezes, fluffing up the ice crystals. Store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve. (up to 1 day)  Garnish with herbs or cranberries and enjoy immediately.
