A DIY birthday gift with a simple, sweet sentiment...
Easy to make
and
fun to give...
(and smells amazing!)
For an 8 oz Mason Jar:
Mix 1 cup of sugar with
3 tablespoons coconut oil (in liquid form) & 3 tablespoons LIGHT olive oil
Fill jar 80% of the way,
using a spoon to "pack it in tight",
then top with colorful sprinkles...
because everything is better with sprinkles, right?
(and once jar is opened they can be stirred into scrub)
(and once jar is opened they can be stirred into scrub)
Go ahead...

Alexis, very cute! Perfect little something for an office mate. Does the dye from the colored sprinkles "bleed" into the oils?
ReplyDeleteTHANKS for sharing all your creativity!
Thanks so much!
DeleteI have had the scrub packaged and ready to give to the BIrthday Girl this weekend and it has not bled at all with the sprinkles on the top. I also tried it with the sprinkles stirred in, they kept their pretty colors and didn't bleed but changed the scrub color slightly to a little darker white.
Try it, it's fun :)
What a darling idea! I love the sprinkles...they sure make everything better and cuter!
