Bastille Day Broadway Breakfast

Bonjour!
This year we are waking up on Bastille Day and celebrating
with a breakfast of amazing French pastries and honoring two beloved
Broadway musicals set in Paris.

Because it's always good to reflect on Love and Redemption...

 to sing at the top of your lungs, 

"I've got rhythm"...

and croissants are always a good idea, 

just like Paris!

Who could ask for anything more?

Bon Apetit, a Fun French Lunch

Ooh La La...

In my never ending quest to make lunch more fun, 

(or I might fall asleep making another peanut butter and jelly sandwich)

our culinary adventure has brought us to France...

Invision the school yard picnic table with a view of the Seine 

while nibbling on a baguette sandwich with mini Brie Cheese and sliced apple...

Then feast on "french fries" in true Americanized Parisian style...

(they are baked potato snacks)

and say au devoir to your meal with 

beautiful, sweet macarons...

Bon appétit!

Truth be told -

this cordon bleu quality lunch took one minute to prepare and

I got everything from one quick trip to the supermarket.
