My dad loves a "greasy spoon".
He loves a small, mom and pop diner with a griddle in the forefront,
serving amazing breakfasts and burgers.
He is famous for ordering hash browns with his cheeseburgers instead of french fries,
so we honored him recently with our Cheeseburger Hash browns
(and also because I forgot to buy buns!)
Start with a crispy hash brown...
top with lettuce...
cheeseburger...
garden ripe tomatoes...
onion...
then pickles and add your favorite condiments...
and your order is up.
I may never buy buns again!
