A Fruit Cake You'll want to Eat!

The time has come from Holiday Fruit Cakes get a make over.
Make them festive, make them fun, make them colorful, make them delicious...

I started with white, fluffy coconut cake

(coconut is a fruit, right?)...

and added fruit slice candies....

Finally a fruitcake that screams, 

Eat Me!

And I just couldn't resist some gummy mint leaves 

for a second holiday cake...

They make the perfect wreath.

So this Christmas,

let them eat CAKE!

For these I used store bought cake but my favorite recipe is 

Ina Garten's Coconut Cake.
All the candies were available at my supermarket.
