I am so glad it is Friday
and we can kiss this challenging, frustrating week good bye.
A treat is in order so I thought I would share
how we are celebrating the weekend...

topped with hot off the stove,
freshly made,
soft and sticky

warm and sweet,
The perfect ice cream topper.

*we just make a quick small batch of the classic Rice Krispy Treat mix:
1/8 cup melted butter
then mix in 2 cups mini marshmallow until melted
stir in 2 cups Rice Krispy Cereal…
I have yet to find an ice cream it does't taste great on!

Sorry you've had such a tough week. I've had a tough 2 months! I have never tried rice crispy treats on top of ice cream...I think I will. Good call.
