My husband wouldn't think of letting the 17th go by without
Corned Beef and Cabbage.

This year we are putting a twist on it by making it an appetizer.
Shaved corned beef from our local deli
a rich, grainy mustard
cocktail size pumpernickel bread
and
cabbage clovers
to make the clovers:
slip a clean, heart paper punch onto
the top, thinner portion of a cabbage leaf and
PUNCH...

three hearts, a parsley stem
(or chive would be great too)
and you're set...

YOU are brilliant!!! This is the cutest thing for St Paddy's Day! I may be just a smidge Irish, but that doesn't keep me from celebrating as if we're the McMoyers!
