Honestly Good, Honestly Healthy, Honestly Easy Meals (and Honestly, Kick Boxing!)

This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and Lean Cuisine, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #HonestlyGood #ad http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO.

Once we get back to the grind of school, sports and life after summer,
the first month is a whirlwind.
A healthy approach to exercise and eating is the first thing to go out the door.

Well, I am ready to make a change.
You just feel better when you eat right and get moving.

My kids are good about staying active,
and I am trying to be more consistent.

Making a healthy, delicious dinner is always a challenge,
 so I am thrilled about
I love how they are all natural and made with wholesome ingredients.
They are quick, easy and fit right in with our busy schedules.
Everyone has already claimed their favorite entree!

Jack is a maniac about riding his bike...

His favorite is the
Roasted Red Pepper Chicken
(probably because Peppers and Pasta are two of his most consumed foods)...

Packed with flavor for my very "non-bland" son...

Carolyn always wants something light after volleyball practice...

She loved the Honey Citrus Chicken.
Delicious lemony, honey chicken paired with
broccoli, zucchini and spinach, slivered almonds and sun-dried tomato pasta.
(do you like how i SERVED it?)

Don't laugh but I have started to do
Cardio Kick Boxing
(for those of you that know me,
ask Maureen she is my witness)

After all the sweating, punching and kicking, my sore old muscles need some comfort.
The Pomegranate Chicken reminds me of Thanksgiving Dinner,
so good and filling...

Now my husband needs to pick his favorite.
Next up on the tasting menu are:
Lemongrass Salmon, Pineapple Black Pepper Beef and Plum Ginger Grain-Crusted Fish.

Lean Cuisine isn't just cooking up healthy dinners, they also giving back.
Together with their farmers,
they are donating a portion of the vegetables grown for these meals
to local communities.
I was excited to see that George Chiala Farm in Morgan Hill, California
(about 45 minutes from us)
is a source for some of their produce.
We can feel good about eating local too.

Here is to more Kick Boxing and Healthy Eating!

You can get them at Target,
appropriately found in the "Better for You" freezer section...

  1. I can totally relate to the healthy habits getting put on the back burner once the hustle and bustle of school starts and love that with these meals there is something for everyone!

  2. LOVE Kick boxing and running and weight lifting and kettle bells. These look like good ideas for lunch at work too.
