Nuts for Baseball

If you have ever been to a Giant's game at
San Francisco's AT&T Park,
you have probably eaten (or smelled)

Fresh from the outfield for tonight's All Star Game...
Garlic Roasted Peanuts!

Simple ingredients...

but so much flavor...

Heat 3 Tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan,
add 3 finely chopped garlic cloves.
Let garlic infuse in the oil for about a minute
and add a 12 oz bag of salted, roasted peanuts.
Cook nuts in garlic oil for about 5 minutes, stirring them often.
Add chopped parsley, let cool and enjoy.

I know it is the All Star Game,
but we will still be routing for the Giants,
we're just NUTS about them...
