Don't Toss your Cookies...even if you burn the first batch

We were invited over to our friend's last night for dinner.
I asked what we could bring and
Maureen said,
"dessert",
which is always the dreaded word when going to her house
because she is the BEST baker that anyone knows...
cakes, cookies, she makes it all to perfection.
I tried to think back...
did we ever bring these

We paired it with an ice cold glass bottle of
(because my kids ALWAYS drink all of their milk)
and a few silly straws.
So easy, even a highly challenged baker like myself can make them...
and they still turn out great.
(even if you burn the first batch!)

  5. Michelle- I just added a link for the milk. Straus is a great company based in Northern California. Their products are all organic and fabulous!

  6. Did you say peanut butter? Oh yes.....I'll be making these! And I love the milk. We have our milk delivered by a darling dairy - in those glass bottles - so old fashioned and I know my coffee on Tuesday mornings will be especially delish! xo Elizabeth
