Smoked Salmon Dip - the perfect Fish and Chips

As summer winds down,
we are savoring the last few warm nights on the back deck.
It is the perfect excuse to take a few minutes to relax,
enjoy each others company and EAT.
On the platter tonight?
Fish and Chips...
or specifically, Smoked Salmon Dip and thick cut potato chips.

So easy to make and the perfect bait to get my family together.

Slightly smoky, creamy, tangy and delicious.
The ultimate catch of the day!

Smoked Salmon Dip

8 oz. whipped cream cheese
4 - 6 ounces smoked salmon
2 Tablespoons rinsed capers
2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
1 Tablespoon snipped chives
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
salt and black pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a food processor until creamy and smooth.  Refrigerate at least an hour before serving with chips.
