Horses and Roses and Spring...
Oh my!
The Kentucky Derby is here.
Although a trip to Churchill Downs is not on the agenda,
we'll be celebrating with a quick and easy cake as we watch the races.
A store bought cake,
adorned with colorful horse gummie candies and a giant fresh rose are all you need.
Wearing a fun hat and sipping a mint julep are optional....
