Garlic Roasted Ballpark Peanuts

Baseball and peanuts go hand in hand.
(or in this case mitt in mitt)
Salted roasted peanuts are the perfect snack for watching the boys of summer...
unless they are garlic roasted!

Reminiscent of the infamous Gilroy Garlic Fries served at AT&T Park,
the combo of peanuts, fresh parsley and garlic really are a home run.

Forget the Golden Glove...
it's all about the Garlic Glove.

and the Golden Gate :)

Garlic Roasted Ballpark Peanuts
Heat 3 Tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan and add 3 finely chopped garlic cloves.
Let garlic infuse in the oil for about a minute then add a 12 oz bag of peanuts in the shell.
Cook nuts in garlic oil for about 5 minutes, stirring them often to coat.
Remove from heat, top with chopped fresh parsley, let cool then enjoy.
