An easy gift for any sweet mom...
Ever since I saw flavored sugars in Cooking Light Magazine
I couldn't wait to try some of my own.
They can be sprinkled on toast and muffins, topped onto yogurt or
used to rim your favorite drink.
For Coconut Sugar:
I slightly pulsed 4 Tablespoons of coconut chips in the blender
and mixed with 1 cup of sugar.
Place in a 1/2 pint mason jar…
and that's it!
and these Coconut Chips from Trader Joe's are amazing...
For Orange Sugar:
Simply combine 2 Tablespoons orange peel
(I let mine dry a few hours)
with one cup of sugar...
and just guess what I did with the sugar I made...
