(along with her documentary, No Woman No Cry)
about ending preventable deaths in pregnancy and childbirth around the world.

The statistics are staggering...
1 woman dies every 2 minutes due to pregnancy and childbirth complications
Pregnancy is the leading cause of death in women ages 15-19 in the developing world
and most could be prevented with access to proper medical help.

I encourage everyone to watch the riveting No Woman, No Cry.
