Pumpkin + Pie + Ice Cream =
Ok, so I was extremely lazy and used
Trader Joe's (aka Pilgrim Joe's) Pumpkin Ice Cream (which is fabulous)
and individual graham cracker crust pie shells.
One hefty scoop in each pie shell,
then back in the freezer for at least and hour.
Topped with whipped cream and done!
