Halloween Signature Cocktail- The PumpGIN Fizz

The adults are entitled to a treat on Halloween too, right?
(I am huge fan of St. George Gins)

This year we are whipping up some
PumpGIN Fizzes for all the adult witches and goblins.

To make one of these
Fizzy, Frothy, Frighteningly Fantastic Drinks,
fill a cocktail shaker with
2oz Gin
1oz fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp white granulated sugar
1 egg white
ice

Shake vigorously, strain and pour into glass with ice. Then top with club soda
(I am a huge fan of Fever-Tree Club Soda)

I made these "pumpkin" stir sticks
by pinching a few tiny oranges off of my tree and plopping them on a skewer...

The bar is ready for Halloween, are you?

  4. This is ridiculously cool. The name alone wins the award for coolest drink served at a Halloween Party! (Yes, that award totally exists.)

Thanks for linking to the Pumpkin Parade!
